Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible CNC Operator to operate CNC machines and manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
Load and unload components, raw materials, and fixtures.
Set tools and workpieces as instructed.
Check component dimensions using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
Perform in-process inspection and maintain required quality standards.
Follow production plans and meet daily targets.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
Report machine issues, tool wear,
or quality problems to the supervisor.
Maintain production and inspection records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
Experience operating CNC turning or CNC milling machines is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of engineering drawings, machining operations, and measuring instruments.
Ability to follow safety instructions and quality procedures.
Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.

1–3 years preferred; suitable freshers may also be considered.
