Job Summary

We are hiring Call Center Executives to handle inbound customer calls and provide roadside assistance support. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer concerns, coordinating with service partners, and ensuring timely and professional customer service.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate roadside assistance.
Coordinate with service partners for timely customer support.
Update customer information and call details in the CRM/system.
Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
Follow defined call handling processes, quality standards and SLAs.
Achieve daily productivity, quality and attendance targets.
Escalate unresolved customer issues to the Team Leader.




Ensure customer satisfaction and first-call resolution wherever possible.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

Requirements
Degree/Diploma preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can apply.
0–2 years of experience in BPO, Call Center or Customer Service preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi, English and Regional Language.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
