Position: Application Engineer – Machine Tools (EDM / WEDM)

Location: Phursungi, Pune (Near Hadapsar)

Key Responsibilities
Perform Final Inspection & Testing (FIT) for WEDM, EDM, and EDM Drill Machines within the defined timelines
Conduct customer trials and demonstrate machine performance before dispatch
Provide customer training and technical support to customers and field service engineers.
Handle machining process-related activities with solid technical expertise
Work efficiently on CNC machine operations and machining applications.
Troubleshoot and provide application support for EDM & CNC WEDM Machine Tools




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful machine commissioning and customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma in Tool & Die Engineering or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
2- 3 years Hands-on experience with EDM / WEDM Machine Tools
Robust knowledge of CNC machining operations and machining processes
Excellent troubleshooting and customer support skills
Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to travel for customer support and machine demonstrations, if required
