Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeller with an architectural background to develop 3D building models, prepare architectural drawings, coordinate design information, and support project teams through BIM workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain architectural BIM models.
Create 3D models using Revit and related software.
Prepare plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
Convert design concepts into accurate BIM models.
Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP teams.




Identify and report design clashes or coordination issues.
Update models based on design revisions.
Maintain BIM standards and project documentation.
Generate schedules, quantities, and drawing sets as required.
Coordinate with architects and project teams for timely deliverables.
