About the Role

Rathi Living Services is looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, handling prospective customers, conducting property visits, converting enquiries into bookings, and achieving monthly occupancy and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads and enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Just dial, housing platforms, social media, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, room preference, and duration of stay.
Explain Rathi Living Services' PG/co-living facilities, amenities, pricing, rules, and offers.
Conduct and coordinate property/site visits for prospective customers.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
Achieve monthly sales, occupancy, and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the operations and property teams for room availability and customer move-ins.




Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
Follow up with existing leads and inactive/old enquiries for potential conversions.
Collect booking/token amounts and coordinate with the concerned team for documentation and move-in formalities.
Maintain daily sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements
Freshers with robust communication and sales skills may also apply.
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Real Estate, PG/Co-living, Hospitality, or related industries preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp communication, and customer handling.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
