About the Role

NKRS Healthtech pvt ltd-Docbrella is looking for a proactive and organized Business Development Manager to lead the sales team, monitor daily activities, streamline sales operations, and ensure business targets are achieved by the team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the sales team and conduct daily sales status calls to review progress, challenges, and targets.
Monitor daily client visits, leads, follow-ups, and onboarding progress of each sales executive.
Track MOU status, pending documentation, and hospital onboarding activities.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports through Excel/CRM.
Ensure timely follow-ups, accurate data updates, and accountability across the team.
Guide and motivate team members to improve productivity and achieve business goals.
Organize sales operations and align team activities with business requirements.





Requirements
3–5 years of experience in business development, sales management, or sales operations.
Strong leadership, communication, team management, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and CRM tools.
Ability to manage team performance, reporting, and sales processes effectively.
Healthcare industry experience is an added advantage for candidate.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on leader with healthcare industry experience who can manage daily sales operations, keep the team organized, ensure accountability, and drive business growth.
