Store Manager – Motorcycle Accessories & Riding Gear

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager for an established motorcycle accessories, riding-gear and bike-care business.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations, inventory, billing, stock control and staff coordination.
Possess robust knowledge of helmets, riding jackets, gloves, protective gear, motorcycle accessories, spare parts and luggage systems.
Have familiarity with leading riding-gear brands such as Rynox, Solace, DSG, Scala and other reputed brands.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their motorcycle models, riding requirements and safety needs.
Handle customer enquiries, after-sales service and product-related queries professionally.
Coordinate with suppliers, manage stock availability and maintain proper inventory records.




Support sales growth while maintaining excellent customer service and store standards.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Relevant experience in motorcycle accessories retail, riding gear or the automotive industry.
Genuine interest in motorcycles and practical knowledge of biking accessories.
Knowledge of motorcycle servicing, accessories installation, PPF and ceramic coating will be an added advantage.
Solid communication, leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills.

We are looking for a responsible, qualified and knowledgeable candidate who can independently manage store operations and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
