Wealthreserv Financial is looking for a Back Office & Sales Executive who can manage office-based customer queries, sales calls, follow-ups, coordination, and also attend client meetings and site visits when required.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, be comfortable speaking with customers, and have a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Make sales calls and follow up with potential clients.
Generate and manage sales leads.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Coordinate with clients and the internal team for meetings and site visits.
Attend client meetings and property/site visits when required.
Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and lead status.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of the sales process.
Achieve monthly sales and follow-up targets.




Handle basic back-office and documentation-related work.

Requirements
12th Pass / Graduate.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with sales calls and customer interaction.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp, and smartphones.
Should be comfortable with both office work and field visits.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Real Estate sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.

Note: The role involves both office-based back-office/sales coordination and occasional field visits/client meetings, so candidates should be comfortable with both.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
