Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with strong knowledge of HR operations, employee management, and end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR activities and operations.
Handle employee grievances and employee relations.
Manage talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment.
Coordinate the complete onboarding and induction process.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave management, and HR administration.
Support employee engagement and retention activities.
Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills:




Strong experience in HR Operations and Generalist activities.
Good knowledge of talent acquisition and recruitment.
Experience in employee grievance handling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently.
Must be proficient in Tamil (mandatory)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
