Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Gynaecologist during OPD consultations, examinations, and procedures.
Prepare patients and examination/procedure rooms before consultations.
Record vital signs, medical history, and basic patient information.
Assist with gynaecological procedures, antenatal and postnatal care as required.
Provide prescribed medications/injections and nursing care as per the doctor’s instructions.
Maintain proper patient records, nursing documentation, and confidentiality.
Ensure sterilization of instruments and maintain infection-control standards.
Coordinate with doctors, laboratory, pharmacy, reception, and other departments.
Educate and guide patients regarding medication, follow-ups, investigations, and basic care.
Handle patients professionally, sensitively, and compassionately.
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates may apply; Gynaecology/OB-GYN experience preferred.
Registration: Valid Nursing Council registration preferred/required as applicable.
