We are seeking a responsible and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the overall functioning of our vegetarian restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant activities.
Supervise kitchen and service employees.
Maintain food quality, hygiene and cleanliness.
Manage inventory and stock requirements.
Handle customer feedback and complaints.
Monitor billing, cash flow and daily sales.
Coordinate staff duties and work schedules.
Ensure efficient service and smooth operations.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in restaurant or hotel management preferred.
Solid communication and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of inventory and billing systems.
Valuable team management and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of food safety standards.
