JOB DESCRIPTION – HEAD OF TELECOM

Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall telecom projects, ensuring timely execution and completion as per client requirements.
Oversee telecom infrastructure activities, including tower installation, OFC laying, splicing, testing, commissioning, and network deployment.
Plan project schedules, budgets, manpower, equipment, and other resources.
Manage telecom engineers, project managers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.
Coordinate with civil, electrical, and other departments for smooth project execution.
Attend regular meetings with clients to discuss project progress, challenges, pending activities, and execution plans.
Present project updates and ensure timely closure of client instructions, commitments, and meeting action points.
Maintain robust relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Monitor project costs, BOQs, billing, subcontractor performance, and overall profitability.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards,



HSE policies, and project requirements.
Identify project risks and resolve technical and operational challenges.
Submit regular project progress reports to senior management.
Support business development, tendering, and new project opportunities.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Telecom, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in the telecom industry, with at least 8 years in a senior management role.
Experience in telecom infrastructure, tower installation, OFC networks, and project execution.
Robust leadership, project management, client handling, communication, and commercial management skills.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
