Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and client inquiries.
Explain visa and immigration services.
Provide basic information.
Generate leads and identify interested clients.
Collect basic client information and contact details.
Schedule appointments with immigration counselors.
Follow up with interested clients through calls and messages.
Maintain client records in Excel or CRM software.
Achieve daily calling and lead-generation targets.
Build valuable relationships with clients.
Answer basic questions about immigration services

Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree
Prior experience in visa services.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of immigration policies and regulations.
Good problem-solving capabilities.

Experience: 6 months to 3 years
