Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Reservation Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling room reservations, managing booking enquiries, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring a smooth reservation experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle room reservation enquiries through telephone, email, online travel agencies (OTAs), and other booking channels.
Process individual and group reservations accurately.
Provide guests with information regarding room categories, rates, packages, and hotel facilities.
Manage reservation modifications, cancellations, and confirmations.
Maintain accurate reservation records and update the booking system regularly.
Coordinate with the Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals.
Monitor room availability, occupancy, and booking status.
Handle guest queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
Follow up on tentative bookings and convert enquiries into confirmed reservations.
Ensure all reservation procedures are followed according to hotel standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in hotel reservations or Front Office operations is preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and OTA platforms is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple enquiries and work in a team.
A customer-focused attitude with a skilled approach.
Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
