Hiring: HR Executive (Fresher)

Location: G.E. Road, Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Executive (Fresher) to manage day-to-day HR activities and support the HR department in recruitment and employee management.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Handle candidate follow-ups and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with attendance, leave management, and employee data.
Support onboarding and induction processes.




Coordinate with employees for routine HR-related activities.

Required Skills
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Positive coordination and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn HR operations and recruitment.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
Freshers with an interest in Human Resources are welcome.

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM
