Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through live chat and provide timely resolutions.
Assist customers with product and service-related concerns.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Update customer interactions in CRM systems.
Follow company guidelines and customer service procedures.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Solid typing speed and accuracy.
Valuable customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
