Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Commis Chef specializing in Continental cuisine to join our kitchen team in Delhi. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in preparing Continental dishes, maintaining food quality, and following kitchen hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Continental dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Prepare sauces, soups, pasta, salads, grilled items, and other Continental dishes.
Ensure proper food presentation, portion control, and consistency.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
Follow food safety standards and proper food storage procedures.
Ensure ingredients are fresh and available for daily kitchen operations.
Minimize food wastage and maintain productive kitchen practices.




Follow instructions from senior chefs and support the kitchen team during service.
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Relevant experience as a Commis Chef in Continental cuisine is mandatory.
Practical knowledge of Continental food preparation and cooking techniques.
Basic knowledge of sauces, soups, pasta, salads, and grilled dishes.
Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Ability to work in a quick-paced kitchen setting.
Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
Passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques.
