Position: Home Room Teacher (HRT)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and handle a designated classroom effectively.
Teach assigned subjects according to the school curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans and conduct engaging classroom activities.
Monitor students' academic performance and overall development.
Maintain attendance, student records and progress reports.
Ensure classroom discipline and create a positive learning workplace.
Communicate with parents regarding students' academic progress.
Coordinate with subject teachers and the Academic Coordinator.
Participate in school events, meetings and academic activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject.
Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred.
Valuable communication and classroom management skills.
Solid subject knowledge and student-handling abilities.
Passion for teaching and working with children.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
