Job Description – CNC Operator

Location: Attibele, Bengaluru

Job Responsibilities:
Operate CNC Turning, Milling, and Grinding (Studer) machines.
Perform machine setup, tool setting, offset corrections, and CNC program adjustments.
Read engineering drawings and ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments.
Troubleshoot machining issues and improve productivity and cycle time.
Achieve production targets while following 5S, TPM, Kaizen, and safety standards.
Maintain production records and coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in CNC Turning, Milling, and Grinding.
Knowledge of CNC programming, machine controls, tooling,



and GD&T.;
Proficiency in Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gauges, and other measuring instruments.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience: Relevant CNC machining experience preferred.

Salary: ₹3.0–5.0 LPA, based on experience.
