Job Responsibilities
Supervise waiters and service staff during restaurant operations.
Welcome guests and ensure excellent customer service.
Manage table allocation, order taking and timely food service.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Maintain restaurant cleanliness, hygiene and service standards.
Monitor staff grooming, attendance and discipline.
Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Skills
Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Steward.
Positive communication and team management skills.
Knowledge of restaurant service and guest handling.
Responsible, presentable and customer-focused personality.
