Job Summary:

MAS Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Trainee Planning Engineer to join our Operations and Planning team. This role offers hands-on experience in material planning, SAP-based requirement planning, and coordination with internal departments and pan-India branches to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement MRP for branches to meet customer demands
Generate material requirement plans in SAP based on branch/customer demand
Coordinate with internal departments and pan-India branches to ensure on-time deliverables
Work with the logistics team to address material shortages promptly
Coordinate with the Door Production team for smooth delivery of Standard and Non-Standard orders
Plan and monitor operations and prepare weekly planning sheets to support the production team and resolve issues

Required Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP/SAP systems




Solid material planning and organizational skills
Basic team coordination and management abilities
Robust decision-making and problem-solving skills
Excellent coordination and communication skills

Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in Planning, Production, or Client Coordination
Preferred Location: Candidates from Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and Khalapur
