Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware and software issues.
Repair and replace laptop components such as screens, keyboards, batteries, RAM, SSDs, and motherboards.
Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, and required software.
Troubleshoot booting, network, Wi-Fi, and performance issues.
Perform laptop servicing, maintenance, and hardware upgrades.
Provide onsite technical support at customer locations.
Maintain service records and ensure timely issue resolution.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in laptop hardware and software troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Windows OS installation and configuration.
Basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
