Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRM)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries, complaints and follow-ups.
Maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
Coordinate with internal teams for orders, production and dispatch.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Maintain customer records and CRM reports.

Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in CRM / Customer Handling.
Experience in any manufacturing industry is compulsory.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Solid follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
