Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Barista/Cashier to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing coffee and beverages, handling billing operations and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages.
Operate coffee machines and maintain beverage quality.
Handle customer orders and billing through the POS system.
Manage cash, card, and UPI transactions.
Maintain daily cash records and sales reports.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee counter.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
Follow company SOPs and food safety standards.

Requirements:




4+ years of experience in a café, restaurant or similar role preferred.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage making.
Experience in cash handling and POS operations.
Positive communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Positive attitude and valuable grooming standards.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
