Job Description – IT Executive

Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Shift: Rotational and Evening Shifts (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to provide technical support across our stores and corporate operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, along with the ability to visit stores and resolve technical problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end users by resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and diagnose IT problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, software, and other IT peripherals.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic IT security requirements.
Respond to IT support requests through email, phone, and ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain proper documentation of IT issues, resolutions, and support activities.
Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including hardware, software, and software licenses.




Conduct store visits to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at operational locations.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for IT-related support and maintenance.
Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and minimize operational downtime.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT support or IT operations.
Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B;) industry is required.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including the evening shift from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Must own a bike and be comfortable travelling to stores for technical support.
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office and basic IT documentation.
