Behavioral Therapy:
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental conditions.
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Use ABA techniques, such as positive reinforcement, to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

Complete an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification program, which involves training (40 hours), passing a competency assessment, and passing the RBT exam.
