Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the store. The candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with staff, ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining proper records.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Monitor and maintain stock levels, inventory, and store records.
Handle stock receiving, issuing, and proper storage of materials.
Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory verification.
Ensure proper documentation of stock movement and transactions.
Identify stock discrepancies and take corrective action.
Maintain cleanliness, safety,



and discipline within the store.
Prepare regular inventory and operational reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role.
Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
Robust organizational and record-keeping skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems.
Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
