HGB FIN is looking for a confident, target-oriented, and results-driven Investment Relationship Manager to connect potential investors with our real estate investment projects. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, sales, and client relationship management skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and connect with potential investors to generate business opportunities.
Present and explain real estate investment projects to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into successful business partnerships.
Conduct client meetings, follow up on leads, and support investment-related discussions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
REQUIREMENTS
Insurance sales experience preferred.
Experience in finance or real estate sales is an advantage.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong client-handling and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate leads and achieve targets.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
