We are looking for a Junior US Accountant with basic knowledge of US accounting, QuickBooks, and Paychex payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day US accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Assist with Paychex payroll processing and reconciliation.
Maintain accounting records and reports in QuickBooks.
Handle invoices, expenses, AP/AR, and basic reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain Excel reports.

Requirements:
0–1 year of experience in US accounting.
Valuable knowledge of QuickBooks and Paychex.
Valuable MS Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
Experience in US staffing & recruiting is an added advantage.
Willingness to work US EST night shift and onsite in Coimbatore.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
