Job Description – Sales Executive | Royal Enfield Showroom

Position: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their requirements and preferences.
Explain Royal Enfield motorcycle models, features, specifications and pricing.
Conduct effective product demonstrations and arrange test rides.
Handle customer enquiries and generate sales leads through showroom and online enquiries.
Follow up with prospective customers regularly and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom business growth.
Explain finance, insurance, exchange and other available offers to customers.
Coordinate with the finance, insurance, registration and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, follow-ups and sales activities.
Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Participate in showroom promotional activities,



events and customer engagement activities.
Maintain proper knowledge of competitors, market trends and Royal Enfield products.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Valuable knowledge and interest in motorcycles and the automobile industry.
Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software.
Ability to work in a team and achieve individual as well as showroom targets.
Presentable, confident and professional personality.

Qualification
Graduate / 12th Pass preferred.
Previous experience in automobile/two-wheeler sales will be an advantage.
Freshers with valuable communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Salary

Salary: As per experience and performance.
Incentives: Attractive sales incentives based on target achievement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
