Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant with a minimum of 1 year of accounting experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, billing, GST compliance, and financial record management. The role requires solid analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and auditors.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare invoices and handle customer billing activities.
Create and manage E-Way Bills as per statutory requirements.
Maintain cash books and assist in preparing cash flow statements.
Perform account reconciliations and support account finalization.
Ensure compliance with GST regulations and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors and provide the required financial documents during audits.
Maintain records in Tally and Zoho Books.




Generate accounting reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist with other finance and accounting tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
Experience in billing, invoicing, and E-Way Bill generation.
Positive understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Knowledge of GST rules, compliance, and account finalization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office applications.

Preferred Candidate: Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
