Tolanguage is an online learning academy offering structured language and communication development programmes for children.

We are looking for experienced, confident and results-oriented Admissions Counsellors with solid communication, customer-handling and sales conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities
Handle enquiries from prospective parents and provide professional guidance on educational programmes.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Convert prospective enquiries into successful paid admissions.
Conduct timely follow-ups and effectively handle customer queries.
Consistently achieve assigned admissions and sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions process.
Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements




Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in admissions counselling, inside sales, B2C sales, telesales or educational sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing conversions.
Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
Robust persuasion, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer enquiries independently.
Good follow-up, organisational and time-management skills.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Previous experience in EdTech or education sales is an advantage.

Freshers are not eligible.
