Position: Sales Executive – Fine Jewellery

Job Summary

We are looking for a well-presented, customer-oriented, and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our fine Jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for Jewellery, and the ability to provide an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their Jewellery preferences and requirements.
Explain Jewellery designs, gold purity, diamond quality, gemstones, pricing, and product specifications.
Assist customers in selecting suitable Jewellery for daily wear, weddings, and special occasions.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up with prospective customers.
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Explain product pricing, making charges, discounts, and Jewellery exchange or buyback policies.
Coordinate customer orders, custom Jewellery requirements, and delivery schedules.
Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized.




Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Stay updated on gold rates, new Jewellery collections, and current market trends.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain the showroom's skilled standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and selling skills.
Interest in Jewellery, fashion, and luxury retail.
Basic knowledge of gold, diamonds, and gemstones is an advantage.
Ability to build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp are preferred.

Experience
Previous experience in Jewellery retail or luxury retail is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
