We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven professionals to join our Business Development & Career Counselling Team in Bengaluru.

Location: Bellandur, Bengaluru | Work from Office

Working Days: 6 Days a Week | Sunday Off

Role: Business Development Executive – Career Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective learners through inbound & outbound calls
Understand career goals and provide suitable counselling
Explain courses, fees, scholarships & admission procedures
Handle objections, follow-ups and convert leads into admissions
Maintain lead details in CRM
Achieve monthly sales, admission & revenue targets

Eligibility
Graduates from any discipline
MBA – Marketing/Sales candidates are encouraged to apply




6+ months experience in EdTech Sales/Career Counselling preferred
Excellent English communication & negotiation skills
Target-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced workplace

Compensation

OJT → Probation → Full time
Probation: ₹20000– ₹25,000/month

Full time CTC: 3.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA based on performance
Performance incentives & health insurance

Candidates must successfully complete the OJT evaluation to proceed to the probation period.
