Performance Marketing Specialist

We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
Develop lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads and conversions.
Manage advertising budgets and improve campaign ROI.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize KPIs.
Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and performance analytics.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.

Requirements




3–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Robust expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Proven experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.
Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, conversion tracking, and reporting tools.
Robust analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
