Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Reservation Executive to handle resort bookings, guest enquiries and reservation coordination for our hospitality business.

Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries.
Communicate with guests through WhatsApp, phone calls and messages.
Handle resort room bookings and reservation requests.
Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Share room details, packages, rates and availability with guests.
Maintain booking records and update reservation details.
Coordinate with resort teams regarding guest arrivals and bookings.
Prepare daily reservation reports.

Requirements
Any degree or equivalent qualification.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Valuable communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
Positive telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Interest in sales, customer service and hospitality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
