Job Description
Supervise daily civil construction activities, including excavation, foundations, RCC works, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and construction standards.
Monitor daily site progress and ensure completion of activities within the project schedule.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and site workers.
Resolve site-related technical issues in consultation with the Project Manager
Read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
Verify dimensions, levels, alignments, and measurements at the site.
Monitor labour productivity and allocate work according to project priorities.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site diaries.
Record labour attendance, material consumption, and work completed.
Verify contractor measurements and support quantity calculations and billing.
Educational Qualification
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution
Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site supervision.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
