Full Stack IT Engineer (React.js / Node.js)

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack IT Engineer to build, scale, and maintain high-performance web applications. You will work across the entire stack, developing responsive front-end interfaces and robust back-end services.

Key Responsibilities
Front-End Development: Build scalable, interactive user interfaces using React.js, Redux Toolkit, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Back-End Development: Design and build server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Node.js and JavaScript.
Database Management: Write, optimize, and manage schema models and queries using MongoDB.
Cloud & Storage Integration: Integrate Amazon S3 for file storage, asset management, and cloud data handling. And cloud server instance management.
Collaboration & Quality: Work with cross-functional product, design, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum workplace to deliver clean, maintainable code.
Performance & Debugging: Optimize application components for maximum speed, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
AI-Powered Application Development: Explore and implement AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities within web applications, including LLM integration, prompt engineering, AI-powered workflows, and basic model training or fine-tuning as required.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Languages: Solid proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Front-End Stack: Deep experience with React.js and state management via Redux Toolkit.
Back-End Stack: Hands-on experience building backend services with Node.js.
Database: Practical working knowledge of MongoDB.
Cloud Services: Familiarity with Server / OS instances / Amazon S3 for cloud storage solutions.

· GenAI integration: Using LLM APIs to build chatbots, summarization, and other AI-powered features.

· Model training basics: Understanding datasets, training, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.

· AI application development: Connecting AI models or services with React.js frontends, Node.js APIs, and MongoDB.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical industry experience.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with RESTful API design and third-party integrations.
Version control systems (Git / GitHub / GitLab).
Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
