Prepare detailed plumbing and fire-fighting layouts using AutoCAD.
Develop water supply, drainage, soil, waste, rainwater, and plumbing piping layouts.
Prepare fire-fighting system drawings, including sprinkler, hydrant, hose reel, and fire pump room layouts.
Prepare schematic drawings, riser diagrams, sections, and installation details.
Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural, structural, electrical, and HVAC drawings.
Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, levels, and site requirements.
Revise drawings as per engineer instructions and site conditions.
Prepare as-built drawings and update drawings based on actual site installations.
Assist engineers in preparing material take-offs and quantity calculations when required.
Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes, fire safety requirements, and project specifications.
Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
Coordinate with site engineers and consultants to resolve drawing-related issues.
