Manage daily bodyshop operations, including denting, painting, accident repairs, and vehicle restoration.
Supervise denters, painters, technicians, and other bodyshop staff.
Ensure quality repairs and timely delivery of vehicles to customers.
Monitor bodyshop productivity, repair costs, labour sales, and profitability.
Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, and customers for accident repair approvals and claim processing.
Ensure accurate estimation of repair costs, spare parts requirements, and labour charges.
Monitor work-in-progress vehicles and ensure timely completion of repairs.
Handle customer complaints and ensure high standards of service quality.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and painting materials.
Maintain safety standards, workshop cleanliness, and compliance with company procedures.
Monitor employee performance and provide technical guidance to improve efficiency.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
