The role focuses on acquiring new-to-bank clients, growing the deposits book, building the franchise, delivering a strong customer experience, and maintaining effective governance. Key Responsibilities Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the organisation’s values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for maintaining high standards of ethics and regulatory and business conduct, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and the Code of Conduct.
