Key Responsibilities Manage domestic and international airline reservations. Handle end-to-end ticketing requirements. Coordinate directly with airlines and travel-service providers. Support employees with travel-related queries. Manage itinerary changes, cancellations and travel disruptions. Work with vendors to secure competitive fares. Coordinate waivers and required confirmations. Ensure travel arrangements comply with applicable travel policies. Resolve travel-related issues within required timelines.



Maintain accurate booking and travel records. Strong corporate travel and ticketing experience. Hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
