E-commerce & Marketing Team Leader

Experience Required: 5+ years in e-commerce/digital marketing with proven leadership experience
Office Timings: Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM – 08:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of e-commerce professionals
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
Manage product listings on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other platforms
Oversee digital content creation including images, videos, and copywriting
Drive SEO initiatives and online marketing campaigns
Monitor KPIs, track sales performance, and prepare detailed reports
Manage budgets and optimize resources for maximum ROI
Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and platform best practices
Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer service teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
Stay updated on emerging e-commerce trends and innovations
