We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Growth who can drive business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.
Key Requirements
12+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role.
In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies and current industry trends.
Good practical knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, and social media marketing.
Ability to plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns.
Experience in identifying growth opportunities and driving business results.
Positive team management and leadership skills.
Ability to guide, motivate, and get the best out of the team.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
A valuable sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability.
Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and ensure work gets done efficiently.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
