Job Title: E-commerce Executive
Experience: 1–5 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Job Responsibilities:
Manage product listings, catalogues, images, keywords, pricing, and promotions across Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, BigBasket, and website.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, dashboards, and competitor analysis using Excel/Google Sheets.
Manage advertising campaigns, budgets, ROAS, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with marketplace teams to resolve issues, claims, returns, and stock discrepancies.
Improve product ratings, optimize content, explore current marketplaces, and analyze sales profitability.

Candidate Requirements:
1–5 years of e-commerce experience with marketplace knowledge.
Robust Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
Experience in tea and whole spices categories will be an added advantage.
