Job Responsibilities :
Manage export sales and day-to-day export activities.
Handle communication and follow-ups with international buyers.
Coordinate with vendors/suppliers regarding pricing, quality, production, and delivery.
Manage coordination between buyers and vendors from order confirmation to shipment.
Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and export documents.
Coordinate with logistics and freight partners to ensure timely shipments.
Negotiate prices and business terms with buyers and vendors.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers.
Travel for customer meetings, vendor visits, exhibitions, and business development activities.




Resolve buyer and vendor issues and ensure smooth order execution.

Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience in export operations.
Fluent in speaking Hindi (mandatory).
Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Experience in handling both buyers and vendors.
Good knowledge of export documentation and processes.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic office tools.
Willing to travel frequently across North India and other parts of India.
Must be versatile to travel at short notice as per business requirements.
Agriculture / Agricultural Science graduates preferred.
Knowledge of agricultural commodities, particularly Onion and Coconut, is an added advantage.
