Accounts Executive – Australian Real Estate Operations
Location:
Office-based role in India
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
5:30 AM to 2:00 PM IST
(Aligned with Australian business hours)
Key Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks
Handling invoices, payments, and account reconciliations
Maintaining financial records with accuracy and attention to detail
Assisting with data entry and reporting
Coordinating with the Australian team regarding accounts and documentation
Ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
Good understanding of basic accounting principles
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
Detail-oriented, organized,
and responsible
Ability to work in early morning shift timings
Preferred:
Experience working with overseas clients or international processes
Real estate industry experience is an advantage
