Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Jewellery Showroom Manager to manage showroom operations, supervise sales staff, maintain customer relationships, monitor inventory, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily jewellery showroom operations.
Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team.
Assist customers with jewellery selection and product inquiries.
Explain product details, pricing, and available designs.
Monitor sales performance and achieve targets.




Maintain stock records and coordinate inventory checks.
Ensure proper jewellery display and showroom presentation.
Handle customer complaints and service requests.
Monitor billing and sales documentation.
Maintain showroom security, discipline, and service standards.
