Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries related to international travel services.
Assist customers with travel-related information and concerns.
Provide qualified and effective customer support over calls.
Ensure customer satisfaction through proper query resolution.




Maintain service quality and follow process guidelines.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
