Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR IT & Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for both IT and Non-IT positions, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR and telephonic screening.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and reports.
Negotiate salary, notice periods, and other candidate-related requirements.




Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Support onboarding and recruitment documentation.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT and Non-IT recruitment processes.
Ability to understand technical and non-technical job requirements.
Solid candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
